EMPLOYMENT
Part-Time Facility Manager (26 hrs./week) 6/15/2026​
The Facility Manager oversees the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of
the building and grounds. This role balances hands-on custodial operations with vendor
coordination and facility compliance.

Compliance & Systems Management
​​

Coordinate annual compliance inspections for the building, grounds, and elevator systems.

Oversee fire and security systems, including alarms, extinguishers, and yearly certifications.

Maintain security camera infrastructure to ensure continuous property safety.

Execute minor structural repairs
-
Manage building touch-ups, including light bulb replacement, battery replacements and cosmetic painting projects.

Plant vegetables in QL back garden

Custodial & Building Operations
​​

Perform daily janitorial duties, as required.

Sanitize and restock shelves, facilities, and supply inventories.

Process facility linens and tablecloths as required for events.
-
Ensure pristine presentation of all indoor and outdoor communal areas at all times.

Liaise with landscaping contractors to plan and execute seasonal property cleanups.

Manage outdoor assets, including the setup, teardown, and maintenance of tents and patio furniture.

Assist with physical setup and breakdown of programs/events.
-
Execute miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Director.

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to comprehend and accurately execute complex verbal and written directions.

Ability to safely lift, maneuver, and transport heavy items.

Skill in troubleshooting minor repairs and servicing equipment.

Previous experience in custodial work or facility management is highly preferred.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits​

Pay Range: $26.00 – $31.00 per hr., commensurate with experience.

Flexible part-time hours; some weekend hours required based on events.
