Our Innovation Lab is a safe space for all ages to collaborate and explore.
We offer a range of opportunities to learn new skills, create new things and advance both your personal and professional projects along with two quiet rooms for studying, producing and bringing your innovative ideas to life.

All backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome. The Innovation Lab is monitored by our tech-savvy staff members who are always happy to assist.

POLICIES

The Innovation Lab

The Library has designated areas of the Innovation Lab for several specific purposes;

Public-access computers and printers are intended for use by teens and adults. Head-phones or muted sound is a requirement of use.

The Promethean Board and collaborative workspace is available to all teen and adult users. This space may be reserved ahead of time by calling the Library and scheduling with Innovation Lab Staff. Only when confirmation is received is a reservation considered booked.

The quiet workrooms are available to all teen and adult users. This space may be reserved ahead of time by calling the Library and scheduling with Innovation Lab Staff. Only when confirmation is received is a reservation considered booked.

INNOVATION LAB - CHILDREN'S POLICY (Update Approved 8/1/2024)

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Innovation Lab, unless accompanied by their parent/guardian (16+)
Children over the age of 13 are allowed to use the Innovation Lab, however their parent/guardian (16+) must remain in the building while they are in the Lab and the Library.
